Pallet Pads – Single Sided Water Resistant Pallet Pads
Also called: pallet liners, pallet dividers, pallet layers, pallet spacers, pallet partition water resistant. Besides water resistant, they are also oil resistant, grease resistant, moisture proof, insect proof, mold resistant and bacteria proof.
They are made of heavy duty kraft sheet plus a PE (polyethylene) film coated on one single side.

Application:
They are ideally applied on top of pallets, between products and on top of products, or as wrappers of products, when products are to be refrigerated, stored in freezers or cool rooms.
Advantages:
- Not affected by moisture and does not wrinkle or shrink with environmental changes;
- Resistant to oils and greases;
- Good dimensional stability and flatness;
- Good barrier to water vapor, mold and bacteria;
- High gloss (can be made matt);
- Good performance on high speed lamination;
- Low electrostatic charge;
- Good puncture and flex-crack resistance over a wide range of temperatures, thus protecting products from splinters and insects;
- OK for RoHS and REACH tests;
- Recyclable;

Customization:
The size, kraft GSM and PE coating GSM can be defined by customers. The sheet color brown can be changed into white or any color you like. The pallet pads can also be provided in rolls.
Price & Supplying Terms:
0.25 USD/ piece, 1125 USD/ 4500 pcs (a pallet) in FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou term;
CIF, CNF, FCA, DDP and DAP terms are ok on agreement.
Discount available for larger quantity, say, 20ft container or 40ft container quantity.
