Samples are free sent for customer checking before order confirmation. Factory audits are welcomed. First-article test piece of special process or changed process is provided for customer approval if necessary. Production plan and quality plan are also provided on request. We will report the contract progress at key points to customers and ask for confirmation if necessary before going-ahead. FAQs

In what terms are you supplying your products?

Usually we supply products in 3 terms: CIF, FOB and EXW. Semetimes FCA, DDU and DDP are ok for us.
Can I have a sample of your product?

Certainly, you can. We believe products speak louder than us. We are glad to send samples of small size and small quantity free. For example, we often send 3 pcs of cardboard edge protectors 250~300 mm long via Fedex or DHL. For real-size sample, we can provide free, but the courier delivery cost is often debited at customer account.
Do you have a price list for your products?

Since our quotes are all customized for each inquiry or order, we do not have a price list. On the other hand, the USD/ CNY exchange rate, raw materials cost and sea freight fluctuate frequently, we often keep the prices valid for 1~2 weeks.
What sizes do your products come in?

We have series of standardized sizes recommended for customer choice. Please refer to our product brochures. However we customize for each customer needs.
Are you able to drop ship blind to end user?

Of course we can do blind drop shipments on your behalf. Please let us know where the end user is located when you placing the order.
Do you have MOQ?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is a carton or a pallet for standardezed sizes. The minimum quantity for customized sizes can be discussed.
What time is needed for a quote answered?

For standard sized products, under 4 hours. Within 12 hours for customized sizes.
What is the lead time for an order?

1 week for sizes often produced. 2~3 weeks for customized sizes of 20ft container quantity. 3~4 weeks for customized sizes of 40ft container.
Are your products recyclable?

Not only all our products are recyclable, most of our products are made from recycled or recyled plus virgin new materials.
Can customer logo, trade mark or company name be put on the products or packages?

Sure we can, but we need customer authoriztion. We can accept OEM and ODM.
What is the currency used in trading?

We accept USD and CNY at present. For long-term and large-amount trading, EURO，AUD and CAD can be considered.
What is the payment term?

Usually by T/T, 30% advance plus 70% balance before shipping, for container quantity. For small quantity, T/T 100% advance is needed. For frequent buyers and long-term business partners, we accept T/T payment on sight of documents copies. Sight LC also acceptable for large amount deals, however the price is often higher a little than that by T/T.
Is factroy audit allowed?

Yes, we welcome factory audit by customer or 3rd party on behalf of customer anytime before ordering or during production.
Is shipping inspection allowed?

Yes, we welcome shipping inspection by customer or 3rd party on behalf of customer.
